50 breaths in Sirsasana (translation: a 6 minute Headstand)
Long stay in Childs Pose – after which I always need to stretch open my front hips

Supta Baddha Konasana over a lengthwise bolster
Supta Baddha Konasana over a crosswise bolster
Dog Pose
Uttanasana
Espresso and off to work

Beautiful. The natural inclination to stretch open the front body after softening open the back body -- and with support -- feels wonderful even as words in your list.
